When you opt in to receive text messages from Naked Bites — by checking a box at checkout, entering your phone number on a signup form, or texting a keyword to our shortcode — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies, but typically no more than a few messages per week
Messages may include product announcements, promotions, exclusive offers, and Naked Bites updates

After you reply STOP, you'll receive a final confirmation message and will not receive any further marketing texts from us. If you later want to re-subscribe, you can opt back in through any of our signup methods.

Your phone number and SMS privacy:

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your phone number is shared only with Klaviyo (our SMS platform) and any service providers needed to deliver the messages to your phone.
Carriers (like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compliance: Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
