Refund and Return Policy

At Naked Bites, your satisfaction is everything to us. Because our bites are made fresh with clean, perishable ingredients — dates, nuts, and real whole foods with no preservatives — we're unable to accept returns for food safety reasons. That said, we stand behind every bag we ship, and we want you to love what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your bites arrive damaged, if something isn't right with your order, or if you received the wrong flavor, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thenakedbites.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Not What You Expected?

We know date-sweetened treats are a different experience from conventional sugary snacks, and taste is personal. If you're not happy with your first order, reach out within 14 days of delivery and let us know. We'll work with you to find a solution — whether that's trying a different flavor, a partial refund, or store credit.

Shipping Issues

We carefully pack every order, but sometimes things happen in transit:

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve it.

  • Heat-related melting: During warm months, our bites may soften in transit. A brief time in the freezer restores their texture. However, if your order arrives significantly compromised, please send us a photo and we'll replace it.

  • Delayed shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, let us know and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and promotional bundles

  • Gift cards

  • Orders reported more than 14 days after delivery

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
