Shipping Policy

We ship Naked Bites with care because we know our clean, preservative-free bites deserve to arrive just as fresh as the day we made them. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our products, email us at info@thenakedbites.com — we'd love to hear from you.

Our Shipping Schedule

To ensure your bites arrive as fresh as possible, we ship orders once a week, every Monday.

  • Orders placed by 11:59 PM ET on Sunday will ship the next day (Monday).

  • Orders placed after Monday's 11:59 PM ET cutoff will ship on the Monday of the following week.

  • If Monday falls on a federal holiday, orders will ship the next business day.

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $45.

Hot Weather and Your Bites

Because our bites are made with real dates, nuts, and whole-food ingredients — and no preservatives or stabilizers — they can soften in high temperatures during transit, especially in the warmer months.

  • What to do if your bites arrive soft: Pop them in the freezer for 30–60 minutes and they'll firm right back up.

  • If your order arrives significantly melted or compromised: Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery at info@thenakedbites.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Our Monday-only shipping schedule is designed to help your order move through the carrier network quickly and avoid sitting in warehouses over the weekend.

Storage After Delivery (Our Favorite Part)

Here's the fun thing about Naked Bites — there's no single "right" way to enjoy them. Everyone has their own preference, so we encourage you to experiment and find yours:

  • On the shelf: Store them in a cool, dry spot in the pantry or on the counter for up to 2 months. They'll stay soft and chewy — just the way some people love them.

  • In the freezer (our personal favorite): Pop them in the freezer and pull them out 5–10 minutes before you want to enjoy one. They're cold, firm, and absolutely delicious this way — almost like a little treat reward.

Some people swear by soft and chewy from the counter. Others are obsessed with the freezer method. Try both and see which camp you fall into.

Delivery and Risk of Loss

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. However, we stand behind every shipment — if your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can help resolve it. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us or lost in transit, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs. We'll always do our best to catch obvious errors before shipping, but we can't guarantee it.

Missed Deliveries and Package Theft

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building managers, or other members of your household.

  2. Look around your property — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.

  3. Contact your local post office or UPS hub with the tracking number.

  4. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll help investigate.

Pop-Ups and Local Pickup

We occasionally offer local pickup at events and pop-ups around the Atlanta area. If local pickup is available for your order, you'll see it as an option at checkout. Follow us on Instagram @thenakedbites for upcoming events.
